In the Cherkasy region, a man who received a summons and refused to be mobilized was sentenced to three years in prison.
The Talnovsky District Court handed down the verdict.

During the trial, the accused initially did not admit his guilt, stating that he did not consider evasion of mobilization a crime. In his opinion, he is not a military serviceman and does not want to harm others. However, during the debates in court, the man admitted his guilt and expressed regret for what he had done.
Considering all the case materials, the court found him guilty under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to three years in prison.
