From 5 to 30 thousand hryvnias for various situations: which Ukrainians are entitled to receive assistance?

In 2025, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysohor, announced that Ukrainians in difficult life circumstances will have the opportunity to receive targeted financial assistance.

The support program is intended for residents of the Rubizhansk territorial community. In 2025, 6 million hryvnias were allocated for this initiative.

The program provides several financial support options for people in different situations. For example, if the deprivation of personal liberty due to aggression by Russia is established, a person will receive 30 thousand hryvnias.

Also, people with disabilities due to diseases caused by the Chornobyl accident will be able to receive a one-time payment of 10 thousand hryvnias. A one-time payment of 20 thousand hryvnias is planned for families where a child is born. In addition, the possibility of receiving assistance for treatment ranges from 5 to 15 thousand hryvnias.
