Additional UAH 3000 to pension in 2025: who will receive payments
In 2025, specific categories of elderly Ukrainians can count on a one-time financial assistance of UAH 3000. This support program has been implemented in Kherson.
Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, announced on his Facebook page which categories of citizens will receive these additional payments and what other assistance the community residents can expect.
In 2025, residents of the Kherson city community will receive a one-time financial assistance that applies to several groups of people.
In particular, the assistance is provided to:
Veterans of the Second World War, who will receive UAH 3,000 on Independence Day;
People reached the age of one hundred – UAH 3,000 on their birthdays.
In addition, community residents can apply for annual medical assistance. UAH 10,000 will be available for oncology treatment and heart and joint surgeries. Cancer patients who do not undergo inpatient treatment can count on UAH 5,000.
The community also has a support program for families of those killed and injured in the war. Families of the deceased are entitled to receive UAH 30,000, and parents of children who were injured can receive the same amount.
Earlier, it was reported that pensioners will be able to receive assistance from philanthropists, and parents of newborns will receive additional financial support for UAH 10,000. A new program that will pay Ukrainians up to UAH 20,000 has also been announced.
