Automatic protection against mobilization without queues and TCC: who is the contender?
The new version of the “Reserve+” application has a significant function that allows specific categories of citizens to avoid a personal visit to territorial recruitment centers. The Ministry of Defense announced that in version 1.6.0, an automatic extension of the deferral period has been activated for those who have already submitted documents.
This step means that thousands of Ukrainians are exempted from the need to come to the military registration and enlistment office to confirm their right to mobilization exemption. The status can be checked directly in the application, greatly facilitating the procedure.
According to information from Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko, the update applies to the following groups:
- full-time students who are receiving their first higher education;
- postgraduate students who are also receiving their first higher education;
- persons with disabilities;
- Men raising three or more children from one marriage.
These categories do not have to reapply or visit the CCC if their data has already been entered into the system. The updated application allows users to check the entire status.
In addition to automatic continuation, version 1.6.0 offers other valuable features for those liable for military service. Among them:
- the ability to independently create a referral to undergo a military medical commission without approval from the CCC;
- push notifications about status changes, including wanted announcements;
- access to personal data from the “Oberig” registry and the ability to download it in PDF format;
