Oschadbank has introduced new tariffs: 5, 15 or 900 hryvnias – now everything is paid
Oschadbank has decided to update its tariffs, which has resulted in many card transactions becoming paid. According to the new rules, ordinary customers and businesses may face additional costs for previously free services or those that did not require separate actions.
In particular, corporate customers must pay 5 hryvnias to obtain information about their account balance via an ATM or contact center. The changes also affected such services as:
- PIN code change – 15 hryvnias;
- Confirmation of a disputed transfer via MasterCard or Visa cards – 900 hryvnias;
- Transfers to other Oschadbank cards – 0.5% + 3 hryvnias;
- Transactions with arbitrary details via the terminal – 1%, but not less than 10 hryvnias and not more than 1000 hryvnias.
The changes also affected personal cardholders: NFC-informing at ATMs now costs the same 5 hryvnias. In addition, the tariff package “My Account” has been replenished with a new MC Debit World card in Tiffany color, and cash withdrawal without a card through the terminal has become free of charge if the new card has not yet been received.
Clients are recommended to familiarize themselves carefully with the new terms of service to avoid problems when using cards. Despite the difficult situation in the country, Ukraine’s financial system remains stable, and banks are trying to adapt their services to the new conditions.
