Acting Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department in Kharkiv Region declared a car worth 49 thousand hryvnias
Viktoriya Yuriivna Kozyrenko was recently appointed Acting Deputy Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Kharkiv region. At the same time, her public declaration for 2024 has interested many with its content.
According to the published data, Kozyrenko declared the purchase of a 2021 Nissan Qashqai for 49 thousand hryvnias. It is worth noting that this car cost about 21 thousand US dollars on the market at the time of purchase.
This significant price difference raises certain questions about the veracity of the information about the sources of funds for the purchase of the car. Some public activists have already become aware of this, and they have called on the management of the State Tax Service, in particular Ruslan Andriyovych Stefanchuk, to respond to the situation.
An analysis of her declarations, which is contained on the opendatabot.ua platform, shows that Kozyrenko’s official annual income in 2024 was 987,081 hryvnias. During her 10 years of civil service (from 2015 to 2024), she declared a total income of just over 3.5 million hryvnias.
As for her financial assets, for example, in 2017, no cash was indicated in the declaration, while in 2024, 700 thousand hryvnias in cash were already shown. This amount of money casts doubt on the possibility of purchasing a Nissan Qashqai at market price without significant financial difficulties.
In addition, in recent years, she has owned three real estate properties with a total area of 140.3 m² and two cars. At the same time, no additional sources of income, such as profits from business or the sale of property, were indicated in her declaration.
At the same time, the acting Deputy Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kyiv, Oleksandr Babyatynskyi, also declared several real estate properties, cash and cryptocurrency, and family income, which is about 782 thousand hryvnias for 2024.
