Consequences for tax evaders: who needs to urgently contact the CCC

Citizens of Ukraine with the “limited fitness” category are required to re-pass the Military Medical Commission by June 5. The Ministry of Defense does not plan to extend the deadline for fulfilling this requirement, as reported by Dmytro Lazutkin, the department’s representative, during the all-Ukrainian telethon.

Lazutkin clarified that there is sufficient time to fulfill this measure, as it can be implemented in several ways.

All conscripts with the status of “limited fitness” are allowed to receive a referral to undergo the commission using the “Reserve +” mobile application or by contacting their territorial recruitment center directly.

The results of the commission will determine the new status of fitness or unfitness for mobilization.

The legislative decision to re-pass the military medical commission was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on February 12 of this year, with the support of 313 deputies.

According to this law, men aged 25 to 60 who have received “limited fitness” status are required to undergo re-commissioning by the specified deadline.
