Are men who have received a reservation from mobilization allowed to travel abroad?

Men who have received a reservation in Ukraine can travel abroad both on official business and on vacation.

This announcement was made during a telethon by Andriy Demchenko, the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

“Those who have a reservation can cross the border to travel both on official business and on vacation,” he noted.

However, according to Demchenko, men aged 18 to 60 who hold certain government positions and are subject to the border crossing rules enshrined in Government Resolution No. 57 are not able to go on vacation. They can travel abroad only on official business if their institutions have provided the relevant information to the border guards.

“Men who do not hold such positions can go on vacation provided that the documents indicate that their structure allows this,” the spokesman added.

It is worth noting that four individuals were recently detained for organizing schemes to avoid mobilization for large sums of money.
