Real estate after divorce: Gornyak sells house built with showman

The ex-wife of TV presenter Volodymyr Ostapchuk, Khrystyna Gornyak, put up for sale their joint house near Kyiv after their divorce. This dwelling was created during their life together, which ended recently.

The house, situated in a secluded cottage town, became the place where the couple planned to begin a new chapter in their lives. Khrystyna shared the news about the sale of the estate on her social networks, emphasizing that this house was a joint initiative.

The marriage, which lasted from 2020 to 2023, was not without difficulties. The first signs of tension in the relationship emerged due to jealousy and differing views on the future, which numerous media outlets later reported. Khrystyna confirmed that the property was divided mutually without judicial intervention and in accordance with the concluded agreement.

“We have already formalized the division of property in accordance with the agreement. Our house is being sold as a whole, and the funds are divided equally,” she noted.

The story of their relationship began in 2019 in Italy, and a year later, they got married. However, the marriage broke up in 2022, effectively proving that their life together was not what they had hoped for. Conflicts over the division of housing became complicated when Volodymyr announced that he planned to live in a joint house with a new partner, while Khrystyna kept her share of the housing.

According to Khrystyna, she attempted to avoid litigation to expedite the division process. Fortunately, later it became possible to reach an agreement on the property without unnecessary administrative obstacles.

This year, Kateryna Poltavskaya, Ostapchuk’s new chosen one, announced her intention to receive a part of the house, which emphasized the financial and emotional aspects of this conflict.

“Thank God that the agreement has already been concluded. Now Volodymyr can directly dispose of his share,” she noted.

So the sale of this house, which once symbolized a new stage in the couple’s lives, became a clear indicator that each of them had chosen their own path after the divorce.
