A ski resort in the Carpathians has been put up for sale at a starting price of UAH 150 million

An extensive package of seized assets in Pylypets is on sale on Prozorro.Sale platform. One lot combines 208 land plots and elements of the ski resort’s infrastructure, including the lower and upper cable car stations. The starting price of the lot is UAH 150,411,900 excluding VAT.

Among the assets put up for sale are 115 plots in the Khust district, owned by Taurus Land LLC, as well as 93 plots in the Svalyavsky and Khust districts, owned by Taurus Property LLC.

In addition, the lot includes infrastructure facilities of the ski lift, including:
– lower station with a cable car chairlift;
– upper station.

As of publication, there were fewer than 5 days left in the application period. The auction has a three-level English form.

This lot is one of the largest in the Carpathian region and can significantly affect the resort’s further operations.

According to Prozorro data, the lot includes 115 land plots in the Khust district, with cadastral numbers and areas ranging from 0.1111 hectares to over 2 hectares, as well as extraction infrastructure.

The customer of the sale is the National Agency of Ukraine for the Identification, Search, and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes. Ukrinvestenergoconsult LLC organizes the auction.
