Apartments, business, and Toyota for a small price: what was found in the declaration of a Kyiv official
Serhiy Dubenko, deputy director of the territorial control department of Kyiv, filed a declaration for 2024 that contains several significant discrepancies. The most attention was drawn to the cost of a car owned by his wife.
This information was reported by the Telegram channel “Absolution Leaks”.
According to the declaration, his wife, Natalia Dubenko, bought a 2013 Toyota RAV4 for 150 thousand hryvnias in 2023. At the same time, the market price of such a car starts at 16 thousand dollars, which exceeds the declared value by more than four times.
The Dubenko family consists of his wife Natalia and their daughter Maria. They own two apartments in Odessa: one with an area of 84.5 m², purchased in 2012, and the other with 41.5 m², purchased in 2021. Serhiy Dubenko rents an 80 m² apartment in Kyiv, owned by Larisa Sydorenko, but the rental costs are not indicated in the declaration.
Natalya Dubenko owns 50% of ATLAS PRO LLC, estimating her share at 450 thousand hryvnias, which she received in 2019. Previously, this business was owned by Odessa City Council deputy Oleksandr Sheremet, who, according to information, was hiding from mobilization.
The declaration also states that Natalya Dubenko has 486 thousand hryvnias in cash, but the sources of these funds are not disclosed.
In one of Serhiy Dubenko’s photos, you can see a bicycle worth about 40 thousand hryvnias, which is not indicated in the declaration.
Thus, the documentation reveals several potential issues that need clarification: an undervalued property value, a lack of rent data, a significant amount of cash, and an unclear origin of his wife’s income.
Given his position regarding parking supervision in Kyiv, the NACP should carefully check Serhiy Dubenko’s declaration.
It has now become known that the former First Secretary of the Ukrainian Mission to NATO, Tetyana Kovalevska, also declared an elite apartment in Belgium worth 20.78 million hryvnias. This 164 m² apartment is registered as joint property with her husband, Vasyl Filipchuk, and son, Oles.
