Oleksandr Musienko: Kim Jong-un will demand a monument in Moscow due to the participation of North Korean troops in the war

In his blog, the expert noted that North Korea’s involvement in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has long been no secret. However, Kim Jong-un decided to officially confirm this information, emphasizing his role in the situation. According to the expert, this indicates that despite Russia’s status as a nuclear power and a mighty army, it cannot succeed in the war against Ukraine, especially after four years of active hostilities, unable to liberate Donbas. According to him, it is about Kim Jong-un deciding to come to the rescue.

“I would not be surprised if Kim Jong-un demanded a monument in Moscow or Vladivostok. Putin, of course, will erect it, where should he go? We must somehow thank him for saving Russia. It is known that the economic situation in Russia is difficult now, and forecasts indicate further deterioration. Real history will remember Putin as one of the worst leaders, despite what propaganda says. And Kim Jong-un, in turn, shows that he is more important than Putin, trying to position himself as an influential player on the international stage,” comments Oleksandr Musienko.

The US government also expressed concern about the participation of the North Korean military in the Russian conflict and called for the cessation of support from the DPRK.

“Undoubtedly, no one is taking real action, so Ukraine needs more active support. Historical forces are concentrated not only against Ukraine, but also against Europe and the US. Kim Jong-un is launching missiles towards Guam and Japan, where American military bases are located. What actions is the US taking? This question remains open,” adds the expert.
